The Customer Service area of the Business Office assists customers with utility bills, property tax bills, and other city revenues. We have a dedicated call center for the purpose of helping our customers or you can visit our office if you prefer more personal service. Our staff is trained to help you to establish or make changes to your service, answer inquiries about your account, or assist you with a payment arrangement if needed.

We experience periods of heavy calls and visits from our customers near the beginning of each month and following a city holiday. We want to give adequate attention to our customer's needs and appreciate your patience during our busy times.
